And didn't spell check catch your typo - engeneering?? - sorry I just can't stand to see bad grammar and typos from college students. Just starting your question with "Ok ...i really want" shows a lack of sophistication. You need to be aware of this to be taken seriously in life.
yes there are women "(building) contractors" they go to school for that and then take a test and can get their license to do that. You of course can build your own home if you know what you're doing and have the money but you'd have to have a contractor check out everything you do, each step of the way, and it will cost you a fee.
And yes, there are women building contractors today even though you haven't seen any. Fixing things or fixing small items is totally different than building a house.
Sure. There is no reason a woman can't be a contractor, carpenter, electrician, plumber, etc. You would just need to get the proper training and certification, same as a man. I've helped build or remodel several homes. In fact, I've gotten recommendations because I do a good job installing insulation.
Girl, why are you even asking us?! If this is something you believe you'll have the knack for it, and the persistence to follow through with it, and make a success of it, go for it! I have two close friends of mine that are in that sort of work. one is 20 yrs. old and she specializes in overhauling bathrooms. My other friend is 23 yrs. old and owns her own business and does construction, painting, and other oddball building projects. So, to answer your question:
Yes! Woman can and have and still build houses and apartments and lots of other "get your hands dirty" jobs. Whether this is something you want to go for, is totally up to you! Don't be overly concerned what others think, especially if it's going to get in the way of the life you want to live!

Yes definitely. If you think you are capable of doing it,and that's what you want, you should study and become a builder. I don't think just because you're a girl you don't can't do what you would like to do! :) If you want, you could become an engineer! Follow what you want to do!! :)

There are many women that are in the construction real estate development and other fields, such as plumbing, electrical, roofing and foundation work.
You just need to find out the requirements of getting the proper license to be in the field you select to be in.
