You would have a short, miserable career on eBay. 99% odds you'd never sell any of your stupid crap. 1% odds youd sell it and the buyer would open a SNAD claim, get their money refunded and leave you such scathing negative feedback you'd never sell anything there again.
I know that you cant sell fake gucci, louis vouitton, MAC, seven jeans, fendi and other high end brands like that. U can lie its real but it will evrntually get u in trouble
you can try, but if you get caught, you can be charged with fraud. which in most states is a felony.
I was wondering if you could sell something incredibly cheap and say it was something much better than it was. Like... I you bought a box of tissues and sold one saying it was used by justin bieber? you could get a lot more that what its worth. do you get in trouble for that?
