why u want to complain about that call.. u declined to listen about their new policy, so she put the phone down.. they people do their job by doing this. its not their fault. they already are very frustrated people, who had to work like this for their livelihood. they had to listen wrong words from more then hundreds people in a day. and failed to complete their task. so be calm.. just let it be. and if u r that much obsessed then register ur number for DND.

Why would you ever complain
I got a call from this number +911409300581 INDIA (Mumbai) from reliance finance something... The lady on the phone spoke very rudely when i declined to listen about their new policy.... before i could get any more information about the caller she hanged the call... So where can i register a complain and track this caller down ????
