The council won't know unless someone tells them.
So, go round to your neighbours, knock on the door and apologise for your loud, annoying behaviour. Much the best way to avoid any problems!
If they don't like your face you could be evicted. If you already paid for however much time they must let you stay until the time runs out. But they don't have to keep letting you stay after that.
It takes a lot more than that to get you evicted, although not a good first impression for your neighbours. There are many far, far worse than your one-night event.
Not for a single offence, if you were to do this continually for a couple of years then maybe you would...but you'd get a lot of warnings first.
Once they might put up with it, although you haven't really given a good impression, have you? Do it too many times, and you may well find yourself out on your ear.
No you cannot. You would have to be disruptive over a long period of time.
