Any time you cannot meet the buyer in person and have them pay you in cash, it's a scam. Unless you're selling some very rare item, there s NO legitimate reason why anyone who is not local would find your listing.
It's either going to be a fake check/money order scam, or they pay with a hacked PayPal account hoping you ship the item before the real account holder discovers they were hacked
