It varies (and ebay change it constantly too) but as a ball park figure; when I used to sell on eBay (items all below $15) I found that on average ebay final value fees worked out at about 9.5% plus an extra 3.5% for paypal.
So for a good estimate, expect to be paying 13% in fees for lower value items.
