Call ebay ASAP and tell them what happened and see if they will issue a refund ASAP as long as you have a tracking number for the returned item.
contact ebay and reopen the case. Not sure why you closed it in the first place before getting your money back.
Been there, done that, lesson learned.
Report the matter again to EBay.
So I recently purchased a fake product for 180$. I contacted the seller for the 14 day money back and he did not answer me so I opened a case and he finally contacted me saying he never got my messages and he gave me the address to return to and just as he receives them I will get my money back so I closed the case (should have never done it!) and sent out the item! It's been a few weeks now and the buyer won't get back to me and I'm still out of my 180$. What should I do?? Thank you soo much!
