They are 99% in favour of the buyer in my opinion, which isn't always fair but there you go.
Likely that ebay will find in your favour if what you say is accurate.
put complaint in item not as described, you should get your money back,
you could always block the charges, however you may have to sign and affadavit. do you pay annual fees?
I bought an iPhone on eBay which was listed as one of the new models. When I recieved it, I discovered that it's one of the really old model. It was also locked when the seller described it as unlocked. When I questioned the seller, she took no responsibility and started to ignore my messages. She refused to give my money back. I have filed a complaint with eBay and I'm jus waiting for a response. I've tried complaining to paypal but they said that I've already complaint to eBay.
I was wondering if anyone has been through such situations and if so, am I in a chance of getting my money back. I'm really upset as it's alot of money and I think she might get away with it. Please someone give me some advice on this
