Commercial mail management services like ConstantContact.com may get better deliver-ability rates than your own account, which can be flagged by some ISP postmasters after seeing too much traffic from you. One free mail management service is Mailchimp.com (Send 12,000 emails to 2,000 subscribers for free) is mainly used for automated promotion mailings and requires subscribers to sign up through their provided forms.
While a whole different system, many marketers send pre-programmed sequences to prospects through mail management service autoresponders which begin the sequence when one first signs up.
Your suggestion for mail chimp has the same problem we have 2000 customers, we need to use something else that wont cost us more money.
I had thought about another Zoho account i would have to copy our template to that system. As i initially said we only send about 2/3 emails per year, hence why paying to have access is not really what we want to do.
Electronic marketing is directly marketing a commercial message to a group of people using email. In its broadest sense, every email sent to a potential or current customer could be considered email marketing. It usually involves using email to send ads, request business, or solicit sales or donations, and is meant to build loyalty, trust, or brand awareness. Email marketing can be done to either sold lists or current customer database. Broadly, the term is usually used to refer to:
Sending email messages with the purpose of enhancing the relationship of a merchant with its current or previous customers, to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
Sending email messages with the purpose of acquiring new customers or convincing current customers to purchase something immediately.
Adding advertisements to email messages sent by other companies to their customers.
Well, you can do email marketing for this business type of work, if you can’t able to realize, you can contact so many companies who are engaged with this type of work. Best of luck and have a nice day. Thank you.
Hi
We use Zoho CRM as it comes with the campaigns feature which is free for 2000 customers, we are approaching this amount and we need some other way of doing this, we would have to pay about £45 plus to continue sending out these emails which we think is far too expensive. We have a small budget and we need to try not increase what we currently pay for our subscription crm element.
Is there some way around this, is there another way we could send information for free that could update the whatever data in the CRM for our customers, perhaps using an API - not that i know that much about it. we don't currently send that many campaigns about 2/3 per year, so what we do must be cost effective.
