Ending tenancy agreement early?

No you can't. The law protects tenants from this kind of thing. You will just have to give notice in the usual format to end on the last day of the term.

You can try paying them to leave. However, they are not required to do so until the end of the lease. If they don't want to leave, you must wait. That is the point of a lease. It guarantees they can live there the agreed amount of time for the set rent amount.

Well if you are looking after the kids, you should have thrown out your ex from your mutual home and let him look for single accommodation instead...duh...

Whoever keeps the kids gets the house as the kids need somewhere to stay, adults don't count much in that equation.

Stay in the family home until the tenancy ends and then move out.

It would be cruel to make your tenants homeless just because you want the house, although it wouldn't be illegal.

There is only one legal way to get them to move. Pay them money, a bribe. It's a rather common practice landlords use to get tenants to move early.

If they are in a fixed term, you cannot evict them during that period, even then you must serve them the correct paperwork with a minimum of 2 months notice

You will need to rent another place.

Your tenants have as much right to a home as you have. You will have to give them notice at the end of their tenancy agreement.

I am separating from my husband, and me and my kids need to move out now. Me and my ex do have to houses, one that we where living together, other one is on rent. I am staying with my aunty now and we are living here in way overcrowded conditions. Is there any way to end tenancy agreement early, so that I and my kids could have a home? Could they sue me if I will ask them move out? Or do I need to go and rent another house until the agreement will end next year?
