People are usually friendly. There's a row of windows with employees called tellers standing there - get in line if there is one, and when it's your turn,ask the next teller for change.
There are also people sitting at desks - they aren't the ones who give you change. When someday you want to open an account, you'll go to someone at a desk
couple years back I walked across the shared parking lot from mcdonalds to the bank...I wanted 2 dllar bills to give as gifts...teller refused because I didn't have an account
It is like going into a church ... because lots of people worship money. It is a somber place, because they do not want change even while they are making change, and trying to interest you in interest for tomorrow.

Alright this is my first time going into a bank ever in my entire life what is it like? i have never been into one at all are the people inside friendly? because i was wondering if i could get change from my local Citibank how are they are they friendly people? please give me details because that's the only bank next to my house there is no where else to go btw i'm 19 and first time going to a bank i know lol
