If you're certified by Apple, then I would make a point to go around to all electronics stores in your area and give them postcards/business cards with your services.
If you're not certified, I would suggest changing this, as I would expect a lot of people would be skeptical of sending their iPods for repairs to someone other than an Apple tech, when Apple already makes it so easy to take care of repairs.
