DaDang your site only has a few problems:
1. Slow loading time- are you using flash on your website? That could be the reason that it's slow to load up. Visitors will get annoyed having to wait for it to load up all the time.
2. Focus on one category: I see that people pay to post on your site but your problem is that your site is too spread out. If you don't focus on one category or topic then your site will lose authority in the search engines. When people visits your website they should know what your site is about and what they will learn. Then why would people want to pay to post on your site?
Other than that it's fine.

Agree with you, fresh content is the king now.
But the website is beautiful and easy to read it will weigh more.
Really smart and proffessional looking but maybe the text could be a different font or shade just so its not as dull.
Now a lot of websites / blogs that wrote the article,,,, many of which arise, and many were drowned,,, no updates on the ad on their web article,,,
