Well that will be hard :o)
Truly large amounts of money are usually in hands of reach people, se probably some direct fundraising and going to such people might work, but that would require some pro- preparedness
If that is not an option for you - maybe selling LARGE amount of stuff would help? stuff donated by people, or maybe some self made art etc..
