To add to John list you can do clothing sale, also alot of church goers may like to knitt you can get them involved and then have items for sale
Most of my ideas have been mentioned. BUT something I suggested for my church was a : CHANGE BUCKET.
Put an empty glass jar in the back of the church so that people that have leftover change in their pockets or in their dresser tops, etc and tell them to put it in the bucket.
You might advertise this during church announcements or in the church bulletin.
Change does add up to dollar bills!!!
Hi Leslie Davis,
That's great that you're helping your church raise money to purchase uniforms for its praise team. It sounds like you're very active in your church. How much money do you need to raise and how soon do you need raise the money?
I work with a company that has a free program that allows eligible churches to receive a one-time and/or monthly donation based on their level of participation in the program.
Your praise team can use this free program to raise money to purchase new uniforms and once the praise team has reached its fundraising goal, the church will continue to receive a monthly donation that can be used for other projects.
If you're interested in seeing if your church's praise team is eligible and learning more about the program, feel free to send me an email to sim.young06@yahoo.com and I can share some information to you.
