You cannot track this in google adwords, as they do not want you to know if you are being scammed by them or not (it costs google money of course)
You can't access the IP address information from Google AdWords or Google Analytics.
You will need to use a third party log analysis tool in order to analyze your own server's web logs.
Make sure you uniquely tag your destination URLs so that you can easily identify your AdWords traffic from non-AdWords traffic in your log file data.
I use a tool like Web Log Storming for this purpose: http://www.weblogstorming.com/

Is there a way to check individual IP addresses to see if one particular person is clicking on my ads? Everything else seems to be there ie. browser, city, country... but I cant see an IP option
