u can make a group page on fb and use only pics and stuff from your site without anyone know its you.
u can pay for advertising on fb/google/twtter and other site's (with high traffic)
(make your site advanced with allot of pages) because its easier to randomly find it on google
give the members a good reason to be there and be active.
