Along with off-page optimization make sure the on-page of a website is done properly. Try to enhance the authority of your website with quality works and it will automatically improve your ranking in SERP.

There are no good videos - SEO is a complicated topic that takes months of experimentation with keywords, placement, etc. You need to actually find some good books (gasp..reading) that delve into the vagaries of how search engines actually work. The best place to start is Hub Spot which has a wealth of information on everything from SEO to how to use Social Media to build sales.
Seriously forget videos. It takes a bit of hard work, patience and some skill. Yes you can learn it yourself but there are many good companies that will do it for you also.
