You may have to make some sort of painful sacrifice, for example taking on an investor/partner who feels hey have the experience to turn the business around, I don't know if there are any tangible or intangible assets that make it valuable enough to pour more money into, you might have to turn over 1/2 or more of your authority to such an investor.
