With no credit, no job & no cosigner you are not likely to get anyone to rent to you. Also most landlords will not take the entire lease paid up front. Contrary to popular belief you cannot just throw money at a landlord & expect them not to require you to meet the standard qualifications.

Call some local realtors, they should be able to help.

I am also unemployed but supported by parents.

if not, do you have enough for a serious (and I mean serious) deposit?

another thing,,, landlords don't generally want unemployed people in their complexes that hang out all day without doing anything (they'll choose someone else)

I am looking for apartment complexes that accept people with no credit (just arrived to the US). I am willing to pay the whole lease up front but none of the apartment complexes nearby is accepting me. I also don't have a guarantor in the US.

So my question is: How can find an apartment complex agent to hire to help me find an apartment?
