Lease implies an agreement of some sort. There's no faking an agreement. As to the paper or document it's simply filling in a form and signing it. It won't serve you at all. If you feel someone is deceiving you with a fake document you can check into it by calling the people on the form. Sometimes it's difficult to prove fraud. You may need legal advice.
