With Office Word 2007 you can lay out a tri-fold brochure so that elements, such as text and images, align correctly when the brochure is printed and folded. The quickest way to create a tri-fold brochure from scratch is to divide pages into three panels using columns. Another quick way is to download a template from Microsoft Office Online.
Microsoft Word. Choose the appropriate built-in layout wizard.
Go to "word" under the "file" tab select "new" and in the office.com templates area their is Brochures and booklets.
