Usually it's a street number and name, then unit. i.e.:
John Smith
123 Main St., Unit 1
Anytown, NY 12345
I agree with the first one...Name address unit number and the rest...
Name,
123 main street, Apt xxx
City, State, ZIP
street address and then apt # - you can also put Apt # on next line under street address
Would it be the apartment address and then the apartment number? Or do they only use P.O. boxes in apartments?
