My main selling account with a store has never had a limit for the 17 years I have been on eBay. I have a second account that is used very little, and eBay recently imposed a 15 item/$1500 per month limit on it. While I was angered at first, I discovered they are doing that on low volume accounts to prevent massive fraud should the account be hacked.

Depends. When we started 16+ years ago there was no limit. There is still no limit for us. New sellers may have a limit of ten items a month for awhile.
