You should sell a trumpet for at least $70 because not a lot of people are fans of trumpets.
I'll give you $200 for a nice rusty trumpet.
about $10, holton are a bad make in my opinion
I bought my trumpet three years ago from Music and Arts. Now, I'm not 100% sure about how much it cost my parents, but the trumpet is a Holton T602P. Now, Middle School ended and I lost complete interest in playing it, and I wish to sell it for a guitar. I always wanted to play a guitar. My friends are making a band in high school too and they want me to be a guitarist.
Anyway, the trumpet is fine. It's perfectly oiled/greased, nothing's missing, and it's not damaged. The only thing different about it is that the case is a bit worn, and the paint on the trumpet is starting to come off (not a lot. Just very, very small chunks.)
How much can I sell it for? I plan on selling it with a cleaning kit, oil, and grease. My initial goal is about $300. What do you guys think?
This is what I plan on selling
-Holton T602P Trumpet (Bits of chipped paint, no dents/damage, no missing parts)
-Mouthpiece
-3 cleaning brushes
-Oil and grease
-Case (A little bit worn, but not too noticeable)
-2 Learning/Practice Books with DVD's
