It's a huge double wide trailer. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. 2 car garage, on half an acre, quiet villiage. The place was neglected by previous owner. So, the outside is rusty, needs electrical work done and plumbing. It needs a new leach field put in. Also, we came to a stand still with the remodeling so it has dry wall. And plywood for most of the floors. Needs lots of work.
