I've come along with patience to get a first sale on my website, but lately, I haven't even got my first sale. The site had been up in a week.

The quickest way to get traffic to your site is through paid advertising, like PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising through Facebook or Google Adsense, or through solo ads, which is paying someone with a big email list to send an ad for your site to the people on his list. Facebook fan pages

Twitter

YouTube videos

Social boomarking sites like Digg and Stumble Upon

Forums that deal with your chosen niche

I know a site that will teach you all you need to know about driving sales to your site. They even offer a FREE course that teaches you step by step how to make money online in just seven days!

All the little efforts can add up to big success! Stay focused and stay positive!
