Once u have bid the highest bid and you have won the item in ur 1 area then it's its an all u need to do is pay through PayPal and wait for the box sign to come up which means they have dispatched the item.
If you won the item the seller has to send it to you.

I want to know about Ebay bidding. When I bid to end soon item and when the time is over the will item ship to my address?(after the purchase)... For an example iphone 3GS last bid is 25$ and I'll Bid 35$ after the time end and after the purchase Will the seller send the Iphone to me?????If I won bids (cheap 20$ or 30$)will the seller send the item?
