You can still use Facebook and Twitter, just set up an account on Twitter for the blog name instead of your own, and on Facebook make a fanpage for it. Then you can participate in conversations that related to your blog.
Find influencers in your areas of blogging and begin to make meaningful comments on their site.
Do the same in forums all with your name linked back to your blog.
Find bigger blogs that are similar to yours but have large existing audiences. Then try to do guest posts on there

I have had a blog for a month or so now and I'm struggling to get many views or subscribers. The problem is I can't connect it with my twitter or facebook or anything because it is supposed to be anonymous.... does anyone know anyway I could get more people to see it?
