Adchoice appears to be an advertising industry self regulation option, you can disable select ad networks by clicking the triangle in corner and hitting some check boxes in a form, this can remove some annoying ads that seem to be stalking you. Ads are how free web sites pay the rent, you can't expect an ad free world.
Just ad choice? You can get rid of ALL ADS!!! I made a video on YouTube of how to do it. Check it out and let me know if it helps. If it does, tell your friends and family so they don't have to deal with ads either. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. :)
