UPS store and the United Postal service both let you print and mail out postcard with your business information on it to target zip codes, it is an inexpensive form of ads. that actually works. Since you can target the area directly around your location but, not pay for the whole city. You don't need to full blown web site, but, every looks up where to go online before leaving the house, so a domain name that is cheep so that when people search, your name comes up (with a MAP, you must be able to map it, no one knows where ANY place is anymore) Try that and get some foot traffic in.

Marketing, Marketing, Marketing. What makes you special as a cellular store ? Advertise it. The suggestion to take it on-line is a good one also. Start a face book page for the business. The most important thing is to get your name out there.

The answer is simple yet not so hard to do.

You have to have systems in place for everything you do so that the day to day operations become like riding a bicycle and you can train someone easily and effectively.
