Its ignorant to appreciate the soft warm bed you get to sleep in every night, the food you are offered at no charge when ever you are hungry and other conveniences like shelter, tv, computers, warmth, and love. I mean if you don't leave now, the world will likely end before you are in a position to leave home and survive in the long term.
Who needs a plane ticket, that is too expensive, get a bus ticket for a fraction of the cost. If it doesn't work out the way you planned, maybe you still might be able to return home.
Youre not alone on this. Im 17 also and im not very fond of my family either.. But hey, they pay for everything you own.. Get a job, save up, and then move out. But if your parents are like mine, try getting a job and then dont tell them. That way they dont know that youre making income. That way they wont make you pay for whatever you want.
You will have a hard time finding a job with out an address too. How will you save for a plane ticket with no job?
when you do this let's hope you have the money to support yourself because your parents are not going to pay for you to live somewhere else just because you can't get along
too many teens think that parents are a deterrent but find out in a few years how much they are really worth to them
If I were you I would call social services and say I want to change guardians or live in a group home. Or start studying at a boarding school. :( / :)

I ******* hate my house. My family makes me mad daily. im 17 with no job and im going to school for my ged. I live in va right now but i want to move to harlem. I turn 18 in january. Idk what to.do. im thinking about just saving up for a plane ticket and just leave. Ima be homeless for a while until i find work but oh well i guess its the price i pay... what would you do??
