Use pictures and make sure its always cash only (and put that on your post). I would never let someone in your house either or go to their house, in garage is fine if they need to see something.
You can post an ad in more than one category. If they are books, then that's where I would list them.
List them all by title, maybe even take a photo and post it.
List the condition.
Specify if you are selling everything as a collection or if you're willing to break it up.
Start with a higher price than what you originally think you'll get - you can always renew the ad with a lower price or bargain with a potential buyer.
I would suggest you specify "CASH ONLY"
