Simply do the Registration first on Ebay.
Once you registered simply click on SELL Tab in the header
Follow the simple steps
fill the information of your selling stuff
you can add 3 pictures for free
your listing will be live for 7 days for free if you want more days then you have to pay some fees their.

Go to eBay
Click on the SELL tab
Click on eBay seller information center
Click on New Sellers.
