The easy and quick way to get a business website is to use a website editor / builder. you have to pay them a yearly or monthly fee and they will keep your website up and running. And they provide you tools to manage your website content.
There are many website builders in the market and some are a bit tricky to handle but the works well.

My Dad is paying me to set up a website for his accounting business! I'm quite young to be doing this, under 14 and that's all the information you're getting!
