and my average traffic is 300-400 some one help me

The post count of 800 does not matter but what matter is how well those post are crafted for SEO and user engagement.

Apart from that what is your target source of traffic. Google or Facebook and Twitter?

If your target is Google you should focus on getting links to your best posts out of those 800 posts and try to rank well in Google. If your target is social media traffic, you should focus more on getting your content viral.

Maybe you try get quality backlink to your site and try other type of traffic techniques other than using social marketing. Maybe you can try guest blogging, forum marketing and other type of marketing to expose more.

Make sure your blog post are SEO like include keywords not more than 3-4% per post, meta tag, description.
