If you bid on an item you have to pay for it. Then the seller will post it. If you don't pay it won't get sent. I don't understand what you mean
Most eBay auctions have this listed somewhere on the page or will tell you in the description. It may say something like "payment must be received within 7 days of auction's end". Different sellers have different deadlines. If there is no information on the auction page, contact the seller.
You must pay within the time the seller suggests or they can open an unpaid item claim. A few if those and you can lose eBay privileges for 2 years.
