I'm a big fan of parody. I would probably do a parody of an existing campaign . . . maybe Geico or someone else that's huge.
Another one that might be funny is to do a parody of the Mac vs. PC commercial (see link in the source section).
If I did a public service announcement it would be something ridiculous like a story about homeless tumbleweeds or the dangers of 1 ply toilet paper. :)
