That 9 month old India owned site has the look of a shady business, remote diagnostics certainly has it's limitations, too many antivirus, security services have reoccuring charges.

I just got called by them. Looked them up while they were trying to use their scare tactics on me. If they were from microsoft they would at least email and lead me to a microsoft approved website. Losers.

It's bogus, they have you look for a number that is the same on every computer, indicating it's sending out errors. Than have you look at a event file that always has errors. Just pretend to go to their web site and then accuse them of their web site breaking your router as I did. Played with them for about 30 minutes before they hung up on me.

They must be going through the Florida phone book. H e hung up when I gave him their IP address. lulz
