At a time when thousands of people every day are signing up to be a model. Respond with your phone number and see if she calls. Then watch your caller ID to see who she is..... you can check the number online.

Her certificate was issued in the Philippines. Altho it was probably printed on her home computer and not issued by any government.

No!! I got the same message in facebook but her name is Rowena Welchs. She told me that she thinks I have a potential in modeling and she asked me to take a photo of me wearing a plain tank top and shorts blah blah blah. She said that it is for Avon. I just emailed Avon now to ask if it is legit and I'm still waiting for their reply. But since she sends the same certificate of bullshit with the name Rowena D. Miranda, and has a different fb account name I don't think it is legit. It's fake.

As long as they confirm it's legit then it should be fine
