£700 per month will be a bit tight on your earnings. You need to add to the rent, council tax, gas, electricity, water, insurance, and then food, travel and other sundries. Look for something cheaper. The average is 1/3 on rent, 1/3 on bills and 1/3 to live.
You're not going to get a place to yourself on that.

Lets just say you could not afford to rent that flat on your salary
The rough guide is that rent should be around 1/3rd of your salary
as you still have to pay council tax, water, fuel bills, phone ,broadband and food and travel
Rent based on your wages should be around 1/3 of £1,200 if you want to live alone
You need a higher income, in London your rent would be at least £300 a week
700 is way too much for your income -- do you really want to spend more than half your income on rent?
I'm from London, UK. Let's say I've got a £700 per month place. Would that be all my own and I wouldn't have to share and is it easy to go about renting? I'm earning between £1200-1300 a month. I'm tired of living at home and want some space. I don't want to share either.
