They are illegal to buy in the United States as counterfeit products whether you realize it or not. The EMS is NOT NOT NOT 5 to 7 days. It takes 5 to 7 at customs, and if inspected, they stop it and either just confiscate them and put you on a list, or fine you $250 on the first one as a standard and increase on subsequent finds. Fine is up to $100,000 for importing counterfeit products, whether intentional or not.

Although the 10 month old site is registered to a (Fake?) US address, the name Zhonghui lu suggests to me it's likely to be a Chinese counterfeit site using fake registration info.
