It's a viable idea as long as you cover all health and safety aspects. Making sure that theres no possible way your customers can get burned, cut or injured in any way in the cooking/baking process. You have a good base, but now think about the details. Good luck.

I have a project that is due on the 2nd for my career class. I have to come up with an original business idea and I came up with the Bakers' Palace. Its a bakery/ cafe, and a open baking kitchen for families and friends to come and bake things. I know this isn't the best idea but I have a very bland imagination when it comes to business, and career ideas. I have created the slogan: Baking for fun and tasty treats, The Bakers' Palace has all you knead. Do you think the business idea and slogan are A worthy if I put in a lot of effort and make the website for it good quality? Btw, I'm only 13 so please don't be like that is the best you could come up with, i mean its not like im in college. Thanks,
