Most of the times vouchers like that require some extra spend (e.g. get 50% when you spend more than......).
However, when you do win a prize, you always have to claim it. How did you get involved in the competition? If it was through Facebook, then you should have contacted them through Facebook.
If you never claimed your prize, no one will send it to you. Get in touch with them to find out.

I won a ￡25 Dominos pizza voucher, it was clearly advertised that if I guessed the correct amount I would win the voucher, I correctly guessed 1 month and 6 days ago after sending my address and details in full yet no voucher has been sent. The prize was from Dominos it self. Is this false advertising?
