Looks Legit, there's no sign of it being one of the countless Chinese sites, the site is only 3 months old, (not a very engaging front page) here are some of his other web presence.

Yes I think, I have an advanced firewall that would block it, before you buy, look for a certification like, PayPal certified or something like that.
ALL websites are as real or an unreal as you want them to be.
