I have used Travel lord 3 times since this september and won't ever try anyone else as long as they are around. I called travel lord and booked ticket on monday afternoon and instantly received a booking confirmation via e-mail. The dates and times were exactly same as given over the phone. My e-ticket was issued and e-mailed within 2 hours. It was a great dealing with a very polite travel agent. well done guys.
