The site is already breaking the law by failing to provide a registered business address on their homepage and/or Contacts page. This is a legal requirement for all e-commerce sites
You never buy from any site that doesn't even list an address or a phone number
That site has nothing to do with Australia. It was only registered in February this year to someone in Delaware, USA. It certainly does not appear legitimate.
If I can add, they have another site on the same file server
max2014.fr using the same Contact Us form lacking any identifying phone# or address.
Don't give your money to a site with nothing but an email contact form.
FYI 95% of the sneaker sites people ask about on Answers turn out to be Chinese counterfeit sites, watch out...doing a domain name whois lookup more often than not exposes Chinese ownership.

Here are some large respected shoe sites:
Zappos.com (has free shipping and return shipping) did have some bad publicity after their customer database was hacked.
6pm.com ( Zappos owned clearance store)

eastbay.com (shares facilities with Footlocker)
There are forums that are dedicated to sneakers, which can be educational.

Hell no. First, that URL is garbage - NB has a website here: http://www.newbalance.com.au/
Second, read the FAQ - there's a lot of Chinglish in there.
You've been scammed.
No.
The site is only a month.
It only sells cheap Chinese fakes.
hell don't trust Australians or Americans
I bought a pair of shoes from www.newbalance574australia.com 11 days ago; no confirmation email, money left my account, shoes haven't arrived. I was wondering if anybody else had used this website before and if so whether they were scammed, or had a good experience. I even went into the "Contact Us" section to inquire about my purchase and it wouldn't let me send the question.
