Housing assistance is not a quick fix. Most locations are not taking applications & those that are have waiting lists 3 yrs long or longer. Only thing I can suggest is move to a cheaper city were you can support yourself.
There aren't cheap apartments in NYC.
Ok, you need help. Have the fathers of all these children pay you proper support so you can get an apartment.
Move somewhere else, like outside of NYC, how much is your rent currently now?
I live in nyc and so far its been really hard to find a apartment for cheap. Now im looking for government assistance (welfare) to find a apartment. Where im staying now is very overcrowded its a 2 bdrm 1 bathroon my mom a 17 yr old & im 23 with 4 kids ( i dont need the negative comments i really need help)
