You say that u r a programmer so plz go through different free web site design site and I think you have knowledge in HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT and JQuery . So you just use your creativity or take some help form your friend and do some paper work means the layout of your site . And download a free templet and modify it accordingly to your need. I am sure you can design a good site.
