1. Honor your lease until Feb.
2. Release you from your lease fully. This allows you to move out without penalty.
If the landlord releases you from the lease, get EVERYTHING in writing.
Move out next month. Why would you want to stay in a roach infested apartment with dirty carpets and bad maintenance? Get everything in writing.
If and when you move, be careful not to bring any roaches along for the ride.
Good for you you get to move away a month sooner than you were planning to. just hope your able to accelerate you finding a new place.
We pay rent on point may be twice we had payed rent late but we payed the late fee every time and rent is never later then 3 days late our lease is not over intill feb we live in a complex but the lady knocked on ou door today and said that we need to move out by next month or pay for a new lease to move to a smaller aparment we were planing to move out after the lease was over because this whole complex is full of roaches the rugs are dirty and maintenance sucks what can i do ????? I hate roaches i im very clean i keep my dishes clean i do not wana move to another aparment here for another year
